Disappointed
I am writing this review with deep disappointment regarding my experience at Stadio Higher Education. Having just received my results, I am shocked and disheartened to find that I failed the one module I was confident about. This is not the first time this has happened, as a similar situation occurred last semester.
What adds to the frustration is the inability to get in touch with anyone at the institution. The phones seem to be ringing endlessly, making it impossible to address my concerns or seek clarification on the grading process. It is extremely frustrating to be left in the dark, especially when facing such a significant setback.
Given the circumstances, I would like to request a remark for the failed module, but the lack of communication channels is hindering any progress. Stadio Higher Education needs to seriously reconsider its support and communication infrastructure to better serve its students.
This experience has left me questioning the reliability and commitment of the institution to its students' success. I hope that my concerns are heard and addressed promptly.
