Disappointed

I have sent an email to Stadio on the 17th of July and have since followed up daily, i had one missed call to which i explained i work full time and am in meetings most of the day, instead of addressing the email and proceeing to confirm registration for semester 2, all i received was "tried to call you, to no avail", okay but i still dont have an answer, at this point im begging. I am only writing here because i had the same issue in semester 1 of this year, i sent emails and emails and tried to call, no response, when i lodged a complaint here i was called the same day, and i was asked to remove the complaint and i did. I was not expecting to be in this boat again, is there a capacity issue at SBS, maybe understaffed? Im not sure but i am really stressing out about registration as well as feedback on a supplementary exam that i need to write because they double booked me in the first semester, now i hear this exam will take place 7 August, im not registered, i dont get feedback on mail, and when i do call, Im told "thats an exam query" then im put through, then its a "registration query" I asked for a manager so i can attempt to get the matter resolved. The manager is Lizzy, no response. So i am writing here again as i have emailed almost every department, a manager, a team leader, left a message online. Nothing. I dont want to have to complain, but i am out of options here. I have recommended SBS and Stadio yo so many people, ive enjoyed how they do things but to get a response when you are trying to register is a mission and a half. This will be my final year with the institution. I didnt want it to be this way and i am feeling disappointed but communication is non existent.
