Current and potential students, be alert

It appears that my original review was deleted so I am posting it again:

I am writing to address an extremely pressing matter regarding the recent Mat100 examination on November 2, 2023, at Stadio.

The students in our Mat100 module were initially informed via an examination guideline that formula sheets would be provided during the venue-based test. This information was available on Canvas until the day prior to the exam. However, on the actual exam day, we were perplexed to find that no formula sheets were provided in the test. To our shock, the examination guideline appeared to have been altered on the same day of the test.

Our year representatives contacted the lecturer, who claimed that the examination guideline did not mention anything about providing formula sheets, despite evidence to the contrary. I have copies of both the original guideline that clearly stated a formula sheet would be provided, and the so-called 'updated' guideline.

Apparently, the module coordinator is on leave. During exam season? If so, should there not be someone acting in their place?

In summary, it appears that the document posted on Canvas was altered on the very day of our test. It is deeply concerning that an institution like Stadio, which expects integrity from its students, would possibly engage in such behavior related to our final assessment.

Perhaps the incorrect document was uploaded. However, this is no excuse for such a careless mistake to be made at an institution. It is irresponsible and disappointing that Stadio has provided no proper feedback or solutions thus far.

Update: I was told that they would be in contact with me, but there has been no contact as far as I am aware. Up until now, students have received zero feedback regarding this matter.
