Completion Letter and Certifiatate - PGCE

I am so disappointed and frustrated with the service received. My name is neo Zazo. I completed my PGCE at Stadio in 2023. Today, 23 August 2024 i still have not received my letter of completion. I have been calling and sending emails since the beginning of the year pertaining to my completion letter and certificate. Because I stay far away, I have to always send someone on my behalf to find out what is the cause of the delay. They explained that the reason is because of my "Teaching Practise" Module. I sent through all the necessary documents and for some reason since January until now in August I am still awaiting feedback and assistance. I am currently employed temporarily and my employer needs my completion letter and certificate in order for me to just permanent employment. I also have not be paid my salary and will only get paid upon sending my completion letter.
