Completion letter and academic record

My journey with the institution has been rather chaotic since the beginning. I have come to realize that when they want business, they will do by all means to get it and once you've app****, as their numbers go up, they care less about you. I paid my fees in full last year in November to avoid having to run after them when I need service. Our last exam was on the 6th of December and they promised to finalize our results by the 15th. Some of us got their results on the 14th since the 15th were a holiday. I am one of the students whose results were not complete. I was forced to anxiety until they finalized the next Tuesday, of course after countless emails. My expectation was that we all receive our completion letters before they go on December holidays but here I am, unable to plan because they have withheld my completion letter and academic record. I have been promised a permanent position in one of the public schools in the West Rand. All they need is my SACE certificate. For me to get this certificate, I need my academic record and completion letter. Bear in mind that I have sent them emails through q desk on the 2nd, to date they have not responded yet they are recruiting and responding instantly to new applicants. I just need these documents to produce before the 12th. Stadio has given me anxiety and panic attacks it's enough
