Complaint

I have been trying to call the institution for ages now.. I get transferred to the wrong department and nobody answers the phone. I can’t view my results and have paid my fees, why are you doing us like this? I don’t know how I did on my last semester modules because I cannot access my results and I didn’t even get proof of registration as I get transferred to the wrong department or the phone is unanswered. It feels so wrong to be ignored by the school honestly
