Clarification on Deferment conditions and Accessing Student Portal

Good day.

I am currently a PGCE student with Stadio but because of relocation and work responsibilities, I had to defer my studies. I indicated on the application that I would like to defer for the maximum period, which is up to 1 academic year. That would mean in my case, I’d only resume with my studies from July, 2025. I was surprised a week ago when I received a message from Stadio saying I should register asap as registration ends on the 28 February 2025. I am surprised because after a long batter, Stadio helpdesk informed me that Manco approved my application for the deferment. I followed up with an email asking about the conditions of the deferment and they never got back to me. That is why I am writing to you here because I would like clarification. My other issue is I can’t access the Stadio learning board and I am unable to log in a ticket with the helpdesk because whenever I try to log using my student details, it always says my location is restricted from accessing the site. I currently live in Taiwan and that might be the reason. Please advise on the above matters.
