Chris Houghton great service

CHris Houghton saved me an entire day's waiting, petrol money and a LOT of time. I needed a document from the university urgently and if his responses and escalation of the issue weren't so prompt, I would have had to take another day off work, drive far and stand in queues to get my SACE. His service and communication skills are impeccable and I am very grateful he was there to help!!
