I would like to appreciate a lady from Finance who assisted me when Stadio gave me a Quotation that had another student's student number, resulting to my bursary paying my student fees into another student's account instead of mine. Her name is Charlote Ndlovu, after struggling to get any assistance at all from everyone else at finance, i would call and not get through because they seem to have high call volumes but yesterday i finally got through and spoke to Charlote who was kind and very quick to resolve this, i had no help for over a month! She is the star in this story, and while I was majorly inconvenienced by Stadio, I could not view my first semester results since july 22nd, and passed any supplementary exam window due to this, late registration and behind overall, she showed up and did an excellent job. I thank you Charlote for your great service you really helped me greatly! i can now register for the 2nd semester and begin my schoolwork. You are the best
