Bad service

I did an application with stadio got accepted and now trying to find out all the information I need before registering but no one is abe to answer simple questions Anrishen was the first person I spoke to absolutely poor service .. doesn't even know the program price I was asked to be put through to the manger no one for back to me a simple question like does stadio offer study guides/ module guides to a student which inclusive of the fee not one person can answer that all they say is speak to the book store But as my first point of contact I should be answered yes or no Are classes recorded and uploaded the answer was I think so I asked if the Higher Certificate is recognized by SACE and Mayuri tells me I need to check with SACE How does that work ... If you have a programm that you guys are offering you supposed to know all the answers to such questions How can you tell a student check with the book store or check with SACE

And I'm assuming Mayuri is in management ... She doesn't even respond to a complaint

Very bad service I'm utterly disappointed knowing this was the institution I wanted to register with
