Bad experience

I app**** for a short course about two months ago and I paid the required deposit fee that the school needed after a while I realize that I will not have enough funds to continue with the course so I asked the school to withdraw from the course because I will not have enough funds they sent me the applications to withdraw from the school I knew that there was a cancellation fee and I was OK with it I filled in the forms that I sent them to them about 2 months ago now I’m still waiting for the remaining deposit fee I’m not getting any feedback from them I’m the one that has to follow them around and call them and do a follow up I really don’t understand how the school works it’s been two months now and the school still doesn’t want to give me the remaining fee for my deposit .

There’s no professionalism at all and now they don’t wanna return my remaining fee
