Bad Communication service.
I am looking at studying through Stadio in 2026. I went to the open day on the 31st of May in Krugersdorp (which there really was nothing. It was basically you walking into the office and just asking questions. No stalls to provide more info on all the courses). I spoke to the lady at the front desk and she was really helpful with answering our questions. She then told me to study Law I can apply now even if it is for next year. Which I did but only realized after that there was no option for 2026. I app**** and got accepted, I received an email from the admissions office telling me to register to study, I then advised them I only want to study next year, they then told me to apply again in October (Which is completely fine and understandable.) From there on I have been bombarded with mails and messages telling me to register even after I said I wanted to only study next year. Eventually I thought that in the meantime I will still do my research regarding fees and payment options as I am working and looking to study part time. I have enquired numerous times to enquire about how the Fees and payments work as I would like to make sure I can afford to study, almost 2 months now and still no reply. I have heard nothing but great things, which is why I preferred Stadio and why I contacted them, but to this day I have not received any communication except when they told me to apply again in October. How are we as Future students supposed to do our research if we don't get any assistance from the place that is supposed to help us?
