Bad communication and unfair

I have missed a test due to medical reasons, someone sent emails as they did not know how to submit ticket. Emails were ignored and now I have to pay for a subject again because they could not respond to emails nor phone calls. Canvas does not upload all the assignments that has been submitted, I have submitted all my assignments which of 2 were not able to be viewed by lecture, the one lecture emailed me and asked why I did not submit, I rep**** saying that I have submitted my video but that I will load it on another platform as I struggle to receive the video link on Canvas, the other lecture gave me 0% for the assignment I emailed her and asked why did I receive 0 and after 4 or 5 emails she answered that there is no submission. How can one lecture understand canvas does not always upload but another lecturer can not.
