Bad communication and no proper assistance in understanding assignments

My first two years of studying at STADIO the communication was not as bad as what it is this year. I am in my third year of studying a B.E.D in foundation phase teaching. It have happened more than once so far this year where I have requested assistance on a certain matter regarding assignments that needs to be done and i have not gotten any response from the lecturer. To add to the bad communication my first 2 years lecturers would explain what needs to be done within assignments thoroughly but that is not the case this year because when many of the lecturers explain what needs to be done within an assignment they merely read off the instructions on the assignment template and do not thoroughly explain what needs to be done with examples and the previous 2 years our lecturers explained assignments in depth, this can be very disheartening especially as a distant learning student. I am really disappointed because the fees that needs to be paid to study at STADIO is not cheap.
