Bad Administration & Service

I had to defer my studies in the last academic year, July 2024 and was granted the deferment and was told I would be able to pick up where I left off in this new academic year, July 2025. I had to settle the fees for the academic year because they said I wouldn’t be able to register my modules for the new semester without settling the fees. I did that and I was told that the registration process starts in July and in the past week, I’ve sent numerous emails enquiring about registration process and I even had to call in. The lady said I need to apply again, which is very confusing and frustrating because why would I need to start over an application and I have already settled the fees and have a student number already. Stadio already has my details and information. I’m really frustrated and disappointed, the service is really poor. When I was owing money, I felt a bit harassed with the emails and reminders they kept sending, but now that I’ve settled that, they have no interest in helping me with my queries.
