Bad admin
I was late on my fees and settled my account. Now that i need my results to register im being send to pillar to post and still my account is not updated. If i knew the admin is this bad i would never have done my degree with stadio. This is not the first time i receive bad assistance you call and sit on the phone for hours just for it to be out down in your ear. Emails is waist of time also, just a ticket number sometimes is vest you can hope for. Today registration closes im still waiting for results!

31 Jul 2025, 14:13I contacted stadio the whole week and was send from pillar to post not finding any assistance. Emails went unawnsered calls was awnsered with silence! By the Grace of God today a lady by the name of Margaret Ncube was on the other end. She listened to me did not send me from one email to another but took it on her self to assist and gave me her email. She waited on the phone patiently for my email saw my documents, perused them, and promised to assist me. Not even long after that theres my email registering me! I give Margaret 1000/10 mark for the way she delt with me the way she listened and the way she assisted me! If stadio dont look after this lady they will lose a brilliant person! Nothing i can say will thank her enough and say how much i appreciated her today. Only thing i can say is she was truly God send today! Thank you
