Appalling Administration and Feedback (Or lack of)
I have reached all levels of frustration, countless phone calls, and endless emails (which go unanswered). All I want to know is why I have such a large outstanding amount when full payment was made at the beginning of my course? No one is explaining this to me and as a result, I am not getting my final results!!
