Angry Student ,time wasted

1st semester of 2025 I could not submit my assignment because of their technical issues in their submission portal which I finished weeks before due date, I reported it 3 times and no response on all 3 occasions and I ended up not writing the exams because of not submitting on time.

I receive my academic report 3 weeks ago having 5 subjects passes but awarded 120 points for 2 subjects. I queried this 2 weeks ago with no change or response feedback so I call again today to be told that they have not made the changes to my query.....

Is this a real professional institution of learning ,I am defeated and frustrated you are playing with my time.
