Academic record and completion letter
I just completed my PGCE last year and I have been requesting for my academic transcript and completion letter since December. I have paid up my fees but I'm struggling to get my transcript and completion letter. I am asking myself why should I wait for people who are writing supplementary examinations while I don't have any sup nor outstanding fees.
I tried calling, writing emails and logging on tickets since but there's nothing, no one seem to assist. I need those documents as soon as possible.
