A heartbreaking experience at STADIO

I’m writing this with a heavy heart and deep disappointment. My experience with STADIO has been extremely frustrating, and I deeply regret enrolling with them.

I was granted a special opportunity to write one of my exams. However, communication regarding this was only sent two days before the exam, which did not give me sufficient time to prepare. As a result, I was unable to write the exam. Despite sending multiple follow-up emails, no meaningful assistance or resolution was offered.

I later app**** to redo the module, but the communication was again extremely poor. Responses to my queries took four days to a week, and due to this delay, I missed the opportunity to enroll for the module. This was not due to any fault on my part, I reached out and pleaded for support, but all I received were apologies without any real action or accountability.

I am currently completing an internship, and this situation is now affecting my professional growth and future career opportunities. I am incredibly disappointed in how STADIO has handled this matter. If I had the power to close that institution, I honestly would.
