4 Months Still Waiting For Correct PGCE Certificate After STADIO Error

I graduated with my PGCE on 11 May 2026. On graduation day, my certificate was printed incorrectly due to an error from STADIO. The staff at the collection point assured me the corrected certificate would be reprinted free of charge and sent via Postnet. I was told I would receive an SMS to collect it. I logged my first ticket on the 10 of June, as it was a month since I had graduated. After a month of waiting with no update, I emailed the school again on the 18th of June and was again told to wait for a Postnet SMS. I have NEVER received any SMS from Postnet. On the 3rd of July I made a follow-up. I received an email from STADIO on the 17th of July that I will receive a tracking number once the certificate is dispatched. I waited a whole month and on the 18th August 2026, I sent a formal email explaining the full situation again. On the 21st August 2026, I logged a follow-up ticket CRM:*** stating I had not received a response. On the 27th August 2026, I sent them an email that I would write a bad review on HelloPeter, regarding this situation yet they still did not respond! It is now September 2026 - 4 months after graduation - and I still do not have my correct PGCE certificate. This is despite multiple emails and tickets to STADIO Support and Graduation DL. I have been patient long enough. My correct certificate is urgently needed for employment applications and I am being prejudiced by this delay.I need STADIO to urgently: Confirm my corrected PGCE certificate has been printed. Provide the Postnet tracking number / SMS and deliver it without further delay.
