2nd year transfer and poor correspondence.

I am a distance learning student at Stadio and I have been trying to get enrollment into 2nd year for 4 months now since February. I have filled out all requirements and forms from RPL to Credit review as I have completed my first year at a different institution. I have sent follow up emails and even spoken in person to members of staff but still the issue has not been resolved. My fees were paid in full and I still have had no correspondence on my follow up emails. This is slowing down my academic progress as exams are fast approaching. I am reaching out to hello peter as my last resort to get answers and not have to wait another 3 weeks to get this issue resolved.
