This institution is very quick to get you registered and take your money, but very *********** everywhere else. 6 months later and I am sill not registered for the correct modules. At one point I had no access to my one module. They incorrectly removed it and I could no access any of my course work or submit my assignments. Feedback regarding tests and assignments are far and few in between. Assignment marks and feedback is released months after submission dates. New assignments are due before old ones' marks are visible which means you cannot see where to improve or how you are doing. There enquiry system takes forever to get bac to you. Impossible to get hold of "higher ups" like managers or the registrar when no one is willing or able to help you. We recently wrote a test that had so many errors that I could not believe this was the quality you receive from a private institute. I am paying almost twice as much as I could have paid had I studied through UNISA, but the service is equally as terrible.
