Stadio Registration department

I have been struggling to deregister for the last few weeks with absolutely no assistance . Now ive been told to pay an absurd amount of money to deregister after which stadio delayed communication regarding the cancellation. Ive had to log tickets to the IT department for assistance as the cancellation department failed dismally to help.
