Poor Service yet again.

After calling 4 times and holding on for over half an hour each time I finally got through to Finance department to request a statement to send to my loan company and inform them that I need them to please include the Bursary amount of R5000.00 which was offered to me. The finance lady was extremely rude and cut me off before I could even state the reason why I am calling the moment she heard statement she said I should download it online and when I requested her name she hung up on me. Extremely dissatisfied with the way this company handles distance learners. This my fourth experience and second time posting on this site as I deleted the first post due to the head of Campus reaching out to me and issued sincere apologies but here we are yet again.
