Not happy with Stadio

As a 4th-year BEd student, we were informed that our letters of completion would be issued from 23 December 2025. It is now 7 January 2026, and while some students have received their letters, others have not. I have been calling since Monday, when STADIO reopened. I was informed that I would receive my letter today, however after calling again this morning, I was told that my letter has not yet been populated, which contradicts the information previously provided. This delay is unacceptable. I am starting a new job on Monday, and the school requires my permanent SACE registration. I am currently registered provisionally, and without this letter of completion, my employment is at risk. My account is fully up to date, and I am in fact awaiting a refund from STADIO. Despite this, I am not receiving the required administrative support. I have lost faith in Stadio. Very disappointed
