Not happy at all

I requested my letter of completion for my Bed FP degree and requested it as a matter of urgency to apply for my SACE .I created a ticket on Qdesk and even called Stadio but it is not an urgent matter to them when they eventually answer. The school I am employed at requires my Sace on the 12 January. I am disappointed about the support received from Stadio. When they need something from you they block your account but we must be patient with them. Other students receive their Letter of Completion on the promised date in December but the rest of us must wait without any answer.
