Never recommending this institution to anyone.

I have sent an enquiry via q-desk requesting my academic transcript that has a school stamp. No one is attending me nor my quiry. When calling they dont answer or they do and put you on hold for 10+ minutes. This is an institution that raves about providing the best service however they are failing dismally. They only give students attention when they leave a bad review because its going to ***** their reputation. Otherwise the Musgrave campuse doesnt care about their students or their need.
