Lack of Support and Communication

My overall academic experience with STADIO has been positive; however, I recently encountered a serious issue regarding an assignment submission.

On the day of submission, I was unable to upload my completed assignment due to a technical problem with Canvas, which locked me out of the system. The issue was not on my side, and I submitted proof to support this. I immediately requested assistance and an extension, but my request was dismissed.

As a result, I now face a failed outcome for the module despite having completed the assignment on time. This is extremely distressing, as I take my studies very seriously and remain committed to my academic success.

In addition, I have recently received emails stating that I have outstanding Semester 1 submissions, although I have already completed and submitted the required work. My attempts to seek clarification on this matter have gone unanswered. Even the Stadio Musgrave campus failed to assist me.

While the academic structure is commendable, the lack of communication and timely support in resolving urgent academic matters is deeply concerning. As it stands, I have no clue where I stand with my academic results, because even their landlines are always busy and full. The one time I was lucky, I got an agent; he dropped the call without notification because it was 4 o'clock.
