Distance learning: No course material received

I have been with Stadio for many years trying to complete my Degree, which they have made very difficult due to many issues relating to poor quality lecturers who dig in their noses during lectures and others saying things like, I don't know how this works, but you as students can figure it out. It has become worse each year. This year, which is thankfully my last. I have been waiting over a month for my course material, the service provider that distributes the books, says they are still waiting for the stock from Stadio. Biggest problem is, all assignments and online tests are coming up fast and I don't think I will have my books in time. Looking at dates for assignments and exams. There are only 4 exams for 4th year last semester, 2 exams are scheduled just 1 day apart. And assignments are scheduled for same day. Is there no way that these things can be managed better. Distance learning is supposed to be user friendly allowing time.to complete taks with the necessary tools. We are not distance because we are lazy to go to campus. We are working to be able to pay fir this very expensive institution then get this bad service.
