Disappointed with stadio

I urgently requested my letter of completion to apply for my SACE, but my request was not treated as a priority. Despite logging a ticket and calling Stadio, I was told I would only receive it at the end of the week. This delay affects my employment, as my school requires my SACE by 12 January. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of urgency and support.
