Disappointed in Stadio

I requested my letter of completion for my Bed FP degree and requested it as a matter of urgency to apply for my SACE but was told that I would receive it only the end of this week. I created a ticket on Qdesk and even called Stadio but it is not an utgent matter to them. The school I employed at requires my Sace on the 12 January when teachers return to school. I am disappointed about the support received from Stadio
