Disappointed

I would strongly advise others to think carefully before choosing Stadio for their studies. I requested a refund and was informed it would take up to 30 days. It has now been well over that timeframe, and I am still waiting. Each time I follow up, I receive unhelpful responses—such as repeated requests for my banking details, which I have already submitted multiple times. What is especially frustrating is that they have already confirmed, based on my statement, that money is owed to me. I completed all the required documentation and followed their process, only to be left waiting with no progress or clear communication. Unfortunately, this was not the only issue I experienced during my time studying with them. I am relieved to have completed my studies and will not be returning.
