Poor service St Connect

I stayed in a guesthouse were their service provider is ST CONNECT. I must tell everyone what a terrible internet provider. It never worked properly. Try to phone in to get help and the guy was arrogant and rude. Really it was the poorest internet I have ever experienced. Wonder why the Guest house management still using their useless service.
