Worst Company to deal with.

This is the worst company to deal with as we need a part for our Samsung machine, We are told that they have to install the part regardless if the machine is out of warranty. We have spoken to Ebraiham and he said he will call us back but he has not , I’ve tried calling twice today only for the calls to be dropped . Terrible service and I would advise nobody to buy Samsung as the alternative would be you have to buy a new product in order to get a machine again . We have had previous bad service from triple SSS Celular, this is not an isolated incident .
