When the only repair store in SA doesn't answer calls

<p>My waterproof phone has got water damage yeah! Call Sony and they kindly give me two contact numbers ( ********** and ********** ) to contact. I dial both number and select the options and dont get put through. Call back and select a different option hoping someone picks up, then the call is redirected to accounts who then puts me throught to the Sony department which jus hangs. x this by like 50times of me trying to call yeah, still havent gotten through!</p> <p> </p> <p>Customer Satisfaction starts from the first ring!</p>
