Washing Machine

My washing machine broke and contacted SSS Cellular. I spoke to a guy by the name of Aashiq. After the washing machine was collected to assess, I received the quote which I did not go ahead with as it's basically the cost of a new washing machine. The washing machine was collected end of July, it's now 12 August and my washing machine has still not been returned after Aashiq confirmed it would be delivered on Thursday 8 August. Today I called and Mikaeel confirmed it would be today and guess what still nothing. If you call at 4pm no one answers the phone yet their working hours is till 5pm! Do not use this company they are a complete waste of time and have absolutely no level of customer service.
