Unprofessional & ***********!

Useless company with no customer service! You have to do their job for them and remind them when to fetch a device for repairs after you have booked it! I kept forgetting to remind them so by the time I eventually got them to collect 2 months later I was told my warranty had expired AFTER they collected the device. They did previously tell me when it expired but I had been in hospital as well and completely forgot so a reminder would have been appreciated. I requested they repair my screen as if under warranty due to their lack of customer care and they blatantly refused and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience caused due to their so called procedures of requiring the customer to remind them!
