Unacceptable attempt to *******, unbelievably poor service.

My CAT S31 phone's USB charger port broke, so the phone won't charge. The CAT support was timeous and reasonable, but once they handed me over to SSS Cellular things quickly went pear shaped. First I had to wait more than a month for nothing, upon nudging, they sent me a quote for a wide variety of 'faults' that I knew my phone did not have, and the repair of the actual fault was not even listed! On querying this, I received a nonsense response that, again, did not tally with my knowledge of the phone. This is unacceptable - I urge CAT phones South Africa to find a different authorised repair centre, and to everyone else, just don't use them!!
