They Suck big time

<p>take a phone in on 21 July they ask for proof of purchase send all contract details they say its not good enough after 4 weeks they approve the same proof of purchase but not after trying to ****** money for a model which is less than 2 years since release. So the warranty should have not been in question. anyways many calls many people later Gert andLauren (included i call them to ask about the ph lauren says they will do the repair and put me to a technician who says no he is not authorised promises to get back to me but he doesant 3 days later i call lauren she says the phone is ready I say why dont you notify us her answer is is "we dont do that!" i have the call recording to prove they suck big time</p>
