***STOP*** Stay away from SSS Cellular. Very bad service and no communication.

I will not recommend this company to anyone that needs any repairs to any device or appliance. It has taken more than a month for them to fix my washing machine and still no luck. They are very arrogant about paying for the call-out and paying up front for the parts and work, but nothing works. The technician has been here three times. Every time there is something else wrong. First incorrect cable, then the main board. Very little to no communication from the company. I have now been waiting almost two weeks for feedback from the technician and a week from management and still no communication. I have asked them to refund my money, but no communication once again.
