SSS Celullar ******* and **********

My new Samsung A33 was handed in to SSS Cellular after receiving it brand new only a week two prior on a new contract. It was already once swapped out for errors. It seems there are issues with this model. Now they say its something with the sim slot. It was sent in for system errors, phone behaving erratic...not the sim slot. The EMEI also looks unfami**** to me...
