SSS Cellular sketchy company

My Huawei was sent by Huawei to SSS Cellular to repair. The P20Pro was with them more than 10 days and then they sent it back. I called and the lady confirmed repairing the charging socket, the screen was replaced. Yet when I got it back, it was like it was when I sent it. The screen still had to small scratch on it as before and the charging socket still doesn't hold any cable but they just fall out.

Now that I think about it...a long while back with another company and my iPad it was also sent to SSS Cellular and the same situation happened and it was proven that SSS Cellular installed a cheap screen and not the original iPad screen as reported on the job card.

This is ridiculous. Why is manufacturers or suppliers still using your company if you are clearly charging for parts and work that you are not supplying?
