SSS Cellular phone repairs

I initially only went to them because Samsung said they were the official repairers. Very poor service including lying that quotes had been sent when they neither had an address to send it to nor had actually prepared it yet. Then also saying that they had called when even they could not find a record of such a call on my incoming call history. Handed the phone in on 20Jan and finally got it back on 3 March . I will not even go into the reasonableness of the repair quote but suffice is to say it was more than the phone cost and only one aspect was not working.
