SSS Cellular Nightmare and ****!!!!

DO NOT BUY ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCT! Samsung South Africa does not exist. They make use of 3rd party contractors to service clients, and they do not. They can not be bothered at all. I bought a Samsung Z fold 6 and Flip 6 on my business account at MTN 4 months ago, the Flip 6 inner screen failed in December(3 months of normal office use) and the Flip inner screen failed in mid January 2025. Took both phone to be repaired at Samsung walk in center in Edward street Bellville (NOT SAMSUNG but SSS Cellular). SSS Cellular give us the worst service ever! There phone number just rings, no one answers there phone, just stays in a loop! No management is ever available to answer questions. Until now no one has called me back or made any effort to make thins right! SSS Cellular is refusing to repair the phone under warranty, even after they have given me the under warranty print out! SSS Cellular is a bunch of **** artists and need to be taken to the consumer ACT council and be dismissed from any dealings with Samsung. When I wanted to collect my phones I was forced to pay R250 to have my phones back per unit, this amount was never disclosed or mentioned, when I said no, the phones was given back any way... Not even MTN is helping my self and my company in this regard as all repairs is going to SSS Cellular and they have no competition to keep there standards high, it will be me goal to change this ASAP. I am a google guide on Google Maps, just the reviews on Google alone will make your eyes pop for SSS Cellular!!! Samsung was also contacted with zero outcome so far... Apple here I come, please take my money, Samsung you have last a client and company for LIFE... I will be actively promoting Apple products and services...
