Sss Cellular - Horrible Service

I needed to book in my device for a screen replacement.

I contacted sss cellular. I called them and asked them if my information will be lost. I was promised and guaranteed that it won't. Everything will be in order.

I stressed on the point telling them that i use my phone for business and have extremely important information that i can't afford to loose.

I trusted them with my entire life's worth of data

I even gave them my codes if need be

Before I left i even asked again And they told me not to worry

I drove for 3 hours just for it to be repaired

They told me it will be 2 hours

I called after 2 hrs and 30 mins

And then they then told me that there's an issue I'm gonna loose all my data I was stressed and worried

I told them not to go ahead with the job because my data means more then a cracked screen.

They told me sorry. It's already done

How can you do that to a customer?

Really unsatisfied

I walked out of there with not even an apology from either one of them!

I will be taking this matter up legally

They can't play games with customers information

Don't promise customers

Scan for faults etc before you'll do jobs

This isn't a joke
