SSS cellular has the worst service and can not be trusted with your phone

I have had the worst service imaginable for SSS cellular. In April this year I requested a pickup from them for my galaxy fold 3 to be repaired.

Ram couriers picked up my phone and on the way to them the driver was hijacked. After many emails and SSS putting the blame on Samsung and nearly getting my phone replaced, Samsung turned around and said they are not responsible.

I got a lawyer to send them a letter but it fell on deaf ears. Now almost 4 months later I still have no phone and a Telkom contract I still have to pay for almost 2 years.

I have no idea what to do. And I hope people read this and stay away from SSS cellular as they just don't care about their customers
