SSS Cellular ******ing customers

So a few years back I had a great service experience with SSS Cellular. I took my S9+ in for a repair as there is moisture in the camera when the phone is in water for less than 3 minutes. The screen does not always type and has ghost taps. I am currently still paying for a Samsung Care Plan that I took out when I got the device. It expires on the 23rd of this month. SSS is saying that the small dents on my phone's frame is the reason that my LCD is damaged and it is physical damage and my warranty is not covering my repair. The screen, back panel is not cracked at all or chipped. Nor is the phones frame damaged enough for the LCD to be damaged. Total repair cost is R6000. This is insane. Someone really can't do their job!!! They are making up ridiculous claims to force me to pay and not use my warranty package.
