SSS CELLULAR BELLVILLE - DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!!!!

I sent my Samsung watch (through) Samsung to SSS Cellular in Bellville (78 on Edward Street, Durban Road) to replace my watch battery. After receiving my watch from them, having paid nearly R2000.00, my watch is still not functioning properly. The reason for my battery being replaced was that the battery ran out within 4 hours. After the reparation, my watch now lasts for ONLY 2 hours. I have sent many emails to SSS Cellular and do not get ANY RESPONSE from them.
