Sony Xperia - lies

<p>I gave my phone in after the screen of my son's Sony Experia went black and would not turn on. </p> <p>He was sitting on his phone in the lounge in my home.</p> <p>Despite trying everything, the phone would not turn on and I took it to SSS Cellular in Boksburg. </p> <p>I traced the progress of the repair on their website and found a report saying "BER" which is beyond economic repair! Upon enquiry I found out that it was "due to WATER damage". Interesting as this "James bond" phone is supposed to be waterproof!! </p> <p>Despite numerous calls to SSS Cellular I have still not been able to recover my son's phone. </p> <p>The phone is still under warranty and NO WATER has been near it. I hope and pray that nothing ever goes wrong with my wife or my Sony Experia because I would certainly not want to deal with SSS Cellular in any way, shape or form</p> <p> </p>
